Hmm, I have't really learned anything *new* lately, but I did stumble across this amazing thing called "Book Blasts" from Book Blasts Tours. It's fantastic because I get to learn about all these new books while at the same time getting to follow new blogs!

So, not me and probably not a photo bomb, but you have to admit, it's cute! These are my two babies Luna (the gray haired) and Daenerys (as in Stormborn- but we call her Danni for short).

Q: Today’s is the US’ Independence Day. Share your favorite book with a war in it, or an overthrow of the government.

I would like search for a not so obvious answer, but of course I can't when it's just staring me right in the face lol. My favorite book with war in it (or overthrowing the government) would have to be:

Q: Have you broken up with a series? If so, which one and why?

This is a tough issue for me, because I'm a "completion-ist". I dragged myself through all 13 of the Sookie Stackhouse books even though I loathed the last 5 or 6. However I did just recently start the Black Dagger Brotherhood series, and I will tell you right now I have no intention of picking up book two! I loved the story/ plot and Beth, but I HATED the how cliche and cheesy the Vamp Warriors were portrayed. Just not my thing.
